WE'VE DONE IT AT LAST! "Can I buy from you online?" has been the most frequently asked question by our satisfied shop customers for the last five or six years, so happily, the answer is now "YES! you can now buy online from us, all from the comfort of your own home, workplace, train carriage.."

Welcome to our new venture: Selectadisc Online. We are hoping to replicate our Nottingham store on e-commerce and send the Selectadisc name worldwide. At the moment work is still in progress as we are busy feeding our vast catalogue through the mangler and onto the computer! So please keep returning as we are no way near to uploading our current stock. This will be a slow build programme, but we promise you a bumper site on completion.

Selectadisc has been at the vanguard of the independent music scene since 1966. We endeavor to cover all aspects of music on CD, vinyl, DVD and books. Our broad stock base covers new items, old items, overstocks and deletions. New stock is arriving every day of the week from both large and small sources,from all over the world. As such it is always worth dropping in to trawl the racks or browse the web-pages for that unexpected find, forgotten treasure, big new 12" release or completion of your 'wants' list.

Selectadisc is a fiercely independent store, and IS NOT LINKED INTO ANY OTHER E-COMMERCE SITES. Also, when we state that an item is in stock - IT IS ACTUALLY IN STOCK. We DO NOT process your order and then obtain your items ourselves through a distributor. All stock is physically in our racks, ready for despatch.

Our website is manned throughout shop opening hours, so is continually updated. If we have sold out of an item (whether via website or customer in-person), it will be marked 'Out Of Stock' on-screen within the hour (during shop hours). Don't let this put you off, as stock will soon be winging its way back onto our computer system and shop racks. If you wish, you can choose to receive an email upon a title's return to stock. Happy shopping will entail a continual return to your screen as we are always picking up deleted titles and hard-to-find bargains on ALL formats. So whenever you've got the time, keep coming back and look under the 'This Week' drop down menu, which covers all genres.
